My Story
With over 30 years in the health and wellness space and more than two decades as a med spa owner, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women feel strong, radiant, and in control of their aging journey. As a licensed esthetician, certified personal trainer, and nutritionist, I bring a unique blend of science, experience, and heart to every product and service I offer. Everything you’ll find here is designed with real women — and real results — in mind.
My Mission: Why I Do this
I want to empower women to get excited about aging — not to slow down, but to rise stronger, bolder, and more radiant than ever. Aging isn’t about fading — it’s about rising into your next chapter with strength, purpose, and confidence.
Through skincare, fitness, and daily self-care practices, I help women reclaim their glow, their power, and their sense of self. Whether it’s through coaching in my Firm Over Forty Program, a targeted med spa treatment, or a 5-minute daily ritual with MVP Glow, my goal is to give you tools that work, support that meets you where you are, and a path to Age with Confidence & Strength.
